Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays if any will be communicated via email.

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security.

If the order is successful, within the next 10 minutes the customer will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided by at the checkout page.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated according to their policy and displayed at checkout. 

Deliveries are made from 11am – 6pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

ORDER STATUS

When the order has been sent out, an email notification from us will be received which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 – 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at slipstreamperformance2024@gmail.com 
with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
